UN Camp Protection worldwide

AR Factor Group has embarked on a significant project to bolster the security infrastructure across over 50 UN bases within 4 UN missions in Africa.

The Challenge: The United Nations faced critical security concerns across over 50 bases within four distinct missions in Africa. The aim was to overhaul the existing security infrastructure to ensure the safety of UN personnel and assets, requiring advanced systems capable of monitoring and controlling access in diverse and potentially high-threat environments.

The Solution: ARFG addressed this challenge by implementing an advanced security enhancement project. This included deploying cutting-edge perimeter security cameras, C4ISR capabilities, access control systems, ground radars (GSR), and long-range thermal cameras (EO). Together, these systems provided comprehensive real-time surveillance, movement detection, and secured access, drastically improving the security posture of UN bases.

Our Distinctive Edge: Our extensive experience in security and communication infrastructure projects allowed ARFG to offer a tailored approach to the UN's unique needs. By integrating the new security systems into a unified Command and Control system and establishing a Public Address System, we significantly improved communication and operational efficiency. Our commitment to quality, upheld by ISO 9001 standards and our status as an authorized supplier for the Ministry of Defense (IMOD), ensures that our solutions are both reliable and effective, reinforcing  homeland security worldwide
